Have you ever wondered, "Hey, can they do that in my neighborhood?" The Code for the City of Woodbury includes sections that cover residential property maintenance, nuisances, signage, and zoning. The code enforcement officer for the City of Woodbury responds to residents' inquiries about code issues. If a violation of the code is found to exist, typically a letter will be sent which outlines the steps that need to be taken to correct the violation.

In many instances, residents are simply unaware of the Code and correct the situation immediately. In the event the correction is not made in a reasonable amount of time, the code enforcement officer may issue an administrative citation to the violator.
