In order to register online, however, you must first have a household I.D. number.
If you have registered online for recreation programs in the past, you already have an I.D. number.
If you don't have a number, now is the time to get one! Here's how you can do it:
- Visit the WebTrac Online Program Registration page.
- Select the red "New account? Existing customer? Forgot password? Click here for help" link under the username and password fields.
Once you sign up and have your number, you are ready for online registration, provided you also have:
- A Visa, MasterCard or Discover, and
- A current version of Netscape Navigator (7.0 or higher) or Internet Explorer (6.0 or higher).
These can be downloaded ahead of time or when you visit the online registration page.
You can use your household I.D. number to register for classes, view class availability,
and print current and past household receipts. From the
online registration login screen,
type your household I.D. number in the username AND password boxes.
Once you successfully log in, you will have the option to change your password, if you want to.
If you don't have a household I.D. number yet, you can enter as a guest to browse program offerings.
Only programs with the telephone symbol are available for online registration.
