The Woodbury License Center is a branch of the Washington County License Bureau. It is located at the former library building at 2150 Radio Drive, south of the Woodbury Public Safety Building.
Hours of operation:
Monday and Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday, 8 a.m. to noon

The Woodbury License Center does not certify birth or death certificates. Requests for birth and death certifications should be directed to the Cottage Grove Service Center, 13000 Ravine Parkway South, Cottage Grove, Minn. 55016; or the Stillwater Government Center, 14949 62nd Street North, Stillwater, Minn. 55082.

*You may renew your Minnesota driver's license at the Woodbury License Center. However, new residents moving from another state must take a written test, which is not available in Woodbury.
The test is given in Stillwater, Minnesota, on Wednesdays only, 8 to 11:15 a.m. and 12:30 to 3:45 p.m. Call (651) 275-7000 for directions to the Stillwater testing center.
