Tobacco License
Refer to Woodbury City Code Chapter 11, Article II

No person shall sell or offer to sell any tobacco, tobacco products, or tobacco related device without first having obtained a license to do so from the city.

To obtain a tobacco license, you must submit the following:

• Application
• Certificate of Compliance - Minnesota Workers' Compensation Law
• Form SP:C1 - State of Minnesota License Applicant Information
• $250 Fee

Compliance checks will be conducted at least twice a year.
