License Bureau
The Woodbury License Center is a branch of the Washington County License Bureau. It is located at the former library building at 2150 Radio Drive, south of the Woodbury Public Safety Building.
Hours of operation:
Monday and Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday, 8 a.m. to noon

*You may renew your Minnesota driver's license at the Woodbury License Center. However, new residents moving from another state must take a written test, which is not available in Woodbury.
The test is given in Stillwater, Minnesota, on Wednesdays only, 8 to 11:15 a.m. and 12:30 to 3:45 p.m. Call (651) 275-7000 for directions to the Stillwater testing center.
Written tests may also be taken Monday through Friday at the license substation at 1600 University Avenue in St. Paul, Minnesota. Call (651) 642-0808 for more information or directions.
