Planning the perfect meeting is a walk in the park at Woodbury Central Park! Our bright, unique, and recently remodeled meeting spaces can accommodate groups ranging from 2 to 200+ guests. We offer an open-catering policy, audio-visual items and table linens available for rent, complimentary setup of tables and chairs, and affordable hourly room rental rates.

Valley Creek Room - Room AComfortably holds 48 people with tables and chairs. Fee, including sales tax, is $42.85/hour for Woodbury residents or $53.56/hour for non-residents.
Room with wood floor can accommodate for up to 48 people seated at round tables or theater style. Includes a pull-down screen and a TV equipped with a VCR/ DVD player. Hourly fee available during our regular park hours.
Valley Creek Room - Room BComfortably holds 96 people with tables and chairs. Fee, including sales tax, is $53.56/hour for Woodbury Residents or $64.27/hour for non-residents.
Room with wood floor can accommodate for up to 96 people seated at round tables or theater style. Includes an attached kitchen, pull-down screen and a TV equipped with a VCR/DVD player. Hourly fee available during our regular park hours.
Valley Creek Banquet HallComfortably holds 146 people with tables and chairs. Fee, including sales tax, is $74.99/hour for Woodbury Residents or $91.06/hour for non-residents.
Room with wood floor can accommodate for up to 146 people seated at round tables or 175 people seated theater style. Includes an attached kitchen, two pull-down screens and two TVs equipped with VCR/DVD players. Hourly fee available during our regular park hours.
Full Facility RentalComfortably holds 250 people with tables and chairs using both upper and lower level. Fees, including sales tax, are:
165 guests and under: $1,071.25
166 guests and greater: $1,285.50
165 guests and under: $1,285.50
166 guests and greater: $1,499.75

Central Park is a wonderful venue for a special event, anniversary party, company party, holiday party, birthday party or groom's dinner. The entire park can accommodate 250 people seated at banquet tables throughout the park. Rental includes Tamarack Conference Room, Valley Creek Banquet Room, kitchen, amphitheater, outdoor patio, and upper level park and plaza area. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. Extra hours may be arranged on a first come, first served basis. Rental time is from 6 p.m. to midnight. All belongings must be out of the building by 1 a.m. Outside food catering is permitted by Minnesota licensed caterers. If alcohol will be served at the event, you must go through our exclusive beverage caterer, Complete Beverage Service, and an additional fee will be applied for a security officer.

AmphitheaterComfortably holds 200 people theater style. Fee, including sales tax, is $107.13/hour for a minimum of two hours.
The amphitheater is a perfect location for a conference, seminar or ceremony. It includes a full size pull-down screen. Audio/visual services are available through our sound and light technician for $37.49 per hour with a minimum of two hours. A baby grand piano is available for an additional fee of $133.91 per event. Hourly fee available during our regular park hours.
Additional ServicesSound Technicians are available at a fee of $35/hour for a minimum of two hours.
A public address system including a wireless microphone and connection for iPod of laptop is available at a fee of $25/event.
A LCD projector is available at a fee of $25/event.
Table Linens are available for a fee of $10/guest table cloth with 8 napkins, $8/banquet table linen, $10/table skirt.
A private rental of Lookout Ridge Indoor Playground is available during a full facility rental for a fee of $100/hour for a minimum of 2 hours.
Rules & Regulations
- Banquet room renters must use a licensed caterer for food/beverage items.
- Thorough cleanup of all meeting rooms is the responsibility of the renter or sponsoring organization.
- All garbage and recyclables are to be placed in the trash receptacle(s) provided in each room.
- Alcoholic beverages shall not be stored, served or consumed in the Oak and Tamarack rooms.
- For full facility rentals alcoholic beverages are allowed but must be provided and served by Complete Beverage Service.
- Alcoholic beverages cannot be sold, served or consumed by persons under the age of 21.
- All persons attending any event at Central Park shall abide by the policies of the City of Woodbury facilities.
At their discretion, City of Woodbury staff, authorized representative or a Public Safety officer may:
- Order the removal of any offender.
- Order immediate removal of alcoholic beverages from premises.
- Revoke the permit immediately and order all persons from premises.
