Looking for the next great destination for a health care business? Consider the Woodbury HealthCore. Woodbury HealthCore is more than a building or a development corridor. It's our initiative to promote Woodbury as a medical destination and to grow health care businesses in our community.

Only a mile east of the city limits of St. Paul, Woodbury has been one of the fastest-growing communities in Minnesota for more than two decades. Despite that growth, the Woodbury market is underserved by medical providers and health businesses compared to other communities. With close to 60,000 residents, Woodbury has a ready-made market for future health care development. We are ready for our next stage of growth -- and you can be part of it.

Clear and consistent vision for growth

  • One of Woodbury's key economic focus areas is to develop Woodbury as a medical destination.
  • A Medical Campus District (map and zoning requirements) was established in 2008 to take advantage of the unique opportunity for a concentration of medical-related uses and jobs anchored by Woodwinds Hospital.
  • We have the infrastructure in place and the experience to develop projects that reflect Woodbury's nationally-recognized high quality of life and community services.

Space and Location

  • Dedicated Medical Campus District adjoins Woodwinds Health Campus.
  • HealthEast, Allina, Health Partners and many other health care businesses are already successfully established here, but opportunities exist for the next tier of medical development including provider offices and ancillary uses.
