City Hall

  • Office hours: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (City Hall is often open for meetings outside of regular office hours; however, the front desk and department front counters are not staffed outside of these hours.)
  • A metal drop box for utility payments and recreation program registrations is located in the median in front of City Hall (next to the U.S. mailbox).
  • Holiday closings: City Hall is closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Public Safety

  • Houses the Police and Fire Department offices and the central fire station
  • Office hours: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
  • Woodbury police officers and firefighters are dispatched by the Washington County Sheriff's Department after business hours.

  • Office hours: 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
  • On-call Public Works employees respond to water and sewer emergencies after business hours. Contact the Police Department at (651) 439-9381.
  • Holiday closings: The Public Works administrative offices are closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Bielenberg Sports Center

4125 Radio Drive (at the intersection with Bailey Road), Woodbury, MN 55129

  • Hours of operation (through Labor Day): 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Friday; 3 to 8 p.m. on Sundays; closed Saturdays, July 4, and Labor Day.

Central Park

8595 Central Park Place (southeast corner of Valley Creek Road and Radio Drive), Woodbury, MN 55125

  • Central Park hours: 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday; 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday; 1 to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday.
  • Lookout Ridge indoor playground hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday, 1 to 5 p.m.

Eagle Valley Golf Course

Hours of operation (in season): 6 a.m. until sunset daily, weather permitting. Open on holidays.
