The spring/summer 2010 Parks and Recreation programs brochure was mailed to Woodbury residents and businesses the week of April 5. Resident registration began April 14 via the WebTrac online registration system. In person resident and non-resident registration started April 16 at City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road.
